It’s no secret that sometimes the shelf life for a model in the adult industry can be quite brief. The gay porn model notoriety and industry presence is often even shorter for those performing in the twink genre.
I recently had an opportunity to catch up hung curvy-cocked twink model Chris Riverz who’d been quite prolific earlier in the year at San Diego based company Helix Studios.

So twink porn fans haven’t heard from you in a few months. What have you been up to lately?
Well, I have been doing a lot to change my life. I’m a full-time student at school down here in Florida and it was a pretty big move all the way from Rhode Island to Florida and my first time being on my own. It feels really good to be growing up.
You were seemingly on the fast track to “supertwink” status? Did you willingly pull back on filming to pursue other interests?
Well, I didn’t think I was on the fast track, I just went in whenever Helix Studios asked me to do a scene. I just wanted to do whatever they wanted me to do and make things easy breezy for them. I guess you could say I pulled back to go to school, but if I had time to do a scene, then I wouldn’t mind making time for another scene.
You’re one of the few twinks with a photogenic cock. Have you continued to get compliments on this aspect of your twink body since you first debuted?
Yeah. For the people that have seen my porn, I do get compliments from them all the time. It kinda feels weird when someone just goes up and tells you that you have a nice dick, but I guess I’m still trying to get use to hearing that as a compliment.
What, if anything, have you learned about yourself after having experienced gay porn sex?
I don’t think I learned anything new about me after experiencing gay porn sex. I guess I just went into porn because it seemed like an interesting field and not many people thought I’d be the kind of person to do something like that.
Are you actively seeking to film again or are you content with the scenes and movies you’ve appeared in thus far?
I’m not trying to go out of my way to look for more work, but if the opportunity comes along to me, then I wouldn’t see why not. Also, if I ever do hear back from Helix Studios, then it would be nice for me to go in and actually know that I’m gonna have a last and final goodbye scene to do.
Finally, what advice would you give to twink who are just getting started in the industry considering the shelf life is so short?
The advice I have for any model going into the industry is that some people make it farther than others in the industry, but if you are actually serious about getting to serious porn star status, you have to work hard at getting there. It’s not something that can happen for you overnight. But even if you’re serious about it or not, you should still try to have fun, because that’s what I did was just go into porn to have some fun, so I never thought I was like the greatest “porn star” or got too cocky about myself because I knew I was just having fun, yet still taking this work seriously.
