No, you won’t find the members of R&B girl group Destiny’s Child reuniting to perform their hit single “Survivor” and nor will Jeff Probst pop up to give you a shirtless hunky host glimpse in Manville Entertainment’s super cheeky XXX parody “DRILLIGAN’S ISLAND” but what you will find are horny castaways crashing up against butt banks and flooding marooned holes with wood as they use sex in the thrive to survive.
It’s hard to believe it has been 51 years since the network TV broadcast debut of the now iconic series from which this spoof takes its naughty cues, but it’s even harder to believe that no gay porn studio had attempted to approach these waters before Manville Entertainment.
Besides turning the original tale on its head with some cheek-to-cheek all-male sex, we’d have to say “DRILLIGAN’S ISLAND” is probably Manville Entertainment’s most fun and totally in on the joke parody take in its repertoire, largely because the cast embraced the over the top aspect of the legendary show itself. I mean, how did they have guest stars but couldn’t get off that damn island? Haha.
The murky waters are troubled when Anthony Verusso as “Drilligan” and Brody Wilde as “the Skipper” fatefully lose control of their luxury boat and get shipwrecked whilst carrying passengers Trevor Knight as millionaire “Thrustin Holewell III,” Blake Dawson as “Lovey, the Trick,” Kirk Cummings as “Ginger,” Chase Young as “Bobby Dan,” Alex Greene as “the Professor” and Justin Dean as “the Witch Doctor” whose spells send them all into a swell of the bulge as they try to stay alive via their new island life.
One of the stronger aspects of this spoof is certainly the casting, mainly buoyed by Verusso in the titular role looking like the sexy jock you’d imagine “Gilligan” to be in your maritime wet dreams.
However, it’s hard to argue with the fact Manville Entertainment poured it on very thick with once again nabbing sexy stars such as Knight, Cummings, Young, Greene & Dawson in their respective roles. Wilde even manages to channel some of the goofy spirit of the skipper character. while Dean holds it all together with his role, as you have to go along with the fantasy orgasm that he actually does possess the power to seduce everyone in his presence.
As for the sex herein itself, well, we don’t want to spoil the motion for the ocean sex cruising tale of tail too much, but let’s just say the spoof is dripping with every imaginable lascivious scenario that you only dreamed the actual cast mates of the original famed series had gotten themselves into, that is, if they had maybe stumbled onto some berries making them drunk in the process.
But just for a little tease, let “DRILLIGAN’S ISLAND” take you on a cruise mission whereby the Professor and his trick really put the money where their mouth is in the money shot of riches, the nerdy skipper’s mate gets to shag the girl next door most likely to, the long dong professor is taught a thing or too about his anatomy by the sultry ginger and the Skipper himself takes the reigns in a splashy and steamy 3-way with his co-hort and the voodoo doctor.
Overall, Manville Entertainment’s XXX parody “DRILLIGAN’S ISLAND” is its cheekiest and strongest foray yet in their now annual visualization of pop culture revision through the eyes of the gay porn medium as a way to truly poke some fun at all things zeitgeist holey, so there’s an abundance of treasure trail moments to dive right as the flowing jizz gets you off to the “SS Man-OH” shenanigans when the movie becomes available on January 26, 2016 only at Manville Entertainment.
The only thing you’ll need to be rescued from is your hand!
