The Legacy of the Helix Studios Blond

As far as the American twink genre is concerned, Helix Studios has virtually cornered the market on blonds.

Blonds are often heralded and celebrated in American culture. I am not exactly sure why this is the case, except to say that perhaps they epitomize purity, sunny days, beaches, surfing and all things summery.

Helix Studios has had its fair share of golden-haired twinkalicious models and several of them are uniquely synonymous with beach buns fun in the sun.

The gay XXX industry has always lauded blond twinks but the fans have played a large part in catapulting certain blonds to “super-twink” status.

The fixation with blond twinks has also come in phases and even going back to the 1980’s the industry was mesmerized by the likes of the late stars Leo Ford, Lance, Kurt Marshall & Kip Noll, respectively, as well as Kevin Williams and Casey Jordan.

Helix Studios has definitely blossomed in the twink market by putting blond performers in star-making vehicles, yet ultimately the blond model himself had to possess some special quality to receive such attention.

There are several blond stars of Helix Studios, both past and present, which exemplify a distinctive blond personality.

Helix Studios’ blond surge began in 2008 with Tommy Anders. Anders was followed by Cody Cachet in 2009. Chad Fitch was a relative contemporary of Cachet after debuting in 2010.

A couple of Helix Studios blonds, Kyle Ross & Max Carter, respectively, would join Fitch as his contemporaries in 2011. In 2012, Jessie Montgomery would join the blond fray.

Do we currently have another blond contender? Dylan Hall emerged in 2013, but it’s too soon to tell how his fortunes will pan out.

So, which specific niche does each of these guys represent? Well, in my opinion, it is as follows:

Tommy Anders, The Archetype Blond

Cody Cachet, The Kinky Blond

Chad Fitch, The Cool Blond

Kyle Ross, The Slutty Blond

Max Carter, The Jock Blond

Jessie Montgomery, The Congenial Blond

FYI, as for Ross being termed “slutty” I can only say it is not a word I’d use as part of my everyday vernacular, but it does best sum up his naughty onscreen appeal.

Montgomery, as the last official blond star at the studio in its current habitation, in some ways represents all of the qualities of his predecessors.

Helix Studios is surely proud of its blond twink stars and their caliber is unmatched by competitors.
